1. Services Provided

Outdoor Maintenance Company offers subscription-based outdoor services including:

  • Mowing,
  • Trimming,
  • Mulch,
  • Gutters,
  • Washing,
  • Pest spray, etc.

Services are scheduled seasonally.

2. Booking and Service Delivery

Clients agree to provide accurate information and property access on scheduled service dates.

3. Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe on date of sign up.
  • Annual service value is divided evenly over 12 months.
  • Late fees may apply. Service may pause for non-payment

4. Cancellations and Balance Adjustment

  • You may cancel anytime.
  • If you cancel early and have received more service than paid for, a balance may be charged.
  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Late changes may incur a $25 fee.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrade or downgrade with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Contact us within 48 hours for concerns – we will work to resolve them.

7. Property Access

  • Customer must ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and access is clear.
  • A 50% fee may be charged if access is blocked.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property issues
  • Weather or equipment delays
  • Incorrect customer information

9. Additional Charges

Some services may incur an upcharge for large properties (oversized lawns, houses, or driveways).

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use confirms acceptance.
